Nick started with CrossFit Strom in December, 2010. Nick has quickly excelled in all aspects of CrossfFit. He is normally the first to show up at class, even before the coaches! You can routinely see him doing his Wod with a 30lb weighted vest on. Nick began CrossfFit being able to deadlift 345lbs and is now at 405lbs. Not only has his strength greatly increased but so has his stamina. He plans on competing in his first individual competition this spring.

Played football and basketball throughout high school, played city league football and basketball in college, after graduating ran two marathons.
