Week 2 started out great at our kids camp. Several more students have enrolled and we are excited to get them started in a fun fitness program! Today’s wod began with some warm up stretches and a recap of what they learned last week. Then we taught them how to do burpees, which they loved, and box jumps. The wod for the day was tabata squats, burpees and box jumps. They all had a great time. We ended the class with a few short races across the gym, one of the girls beat out all of the boys! Carson said,”You call that a box jump?” Zachary said,”Why do they like Burpees?”. Hehehe I want those for my box jumps.
