Strength: 15 min to establish a 1rm for Front Squat Wod: 5RFT : 12 min Cap 12 Deadlifts (95/65), 9 Hang Power Cleans, 6 Shoulder 2 OH, *5 burpee penalty each time the bar is dropped or if you rest with deadlift while weight is on the floor
